All field technicians are factory trained and certified to provide a more knowledgable and efficient solution to any problems that might occur, and to keep our customers' equipment in top condition.  While some of our competitors try to increase proffitability by using inferior  third party parts and supplies, our service department uses genuine Savin parts and supplies ( OEM ) to insure optimum performance for our customers equipment.

At AIS we understand the importance of keeping our customers equipment maintained and running efficiently. It can be very inconvenient and costly if office equipment goes down. That's why our policy is to provide back-up equipment at no cost to our customers if in the rare case the equipment cannot be repaired in a timely manner. We can also offer short term rentals if the need arises.
